The summer months are a wonderful time to be outdoors with friends and loved ones enjoying the weather, and luckily for us, the annual Summer Concert Series begins. This Westminster tradition is highly anticipated by all of our residents who love great music and enjoy sharing it with others.

The Summer Concert Series takes place in the City’s Civic Center Sunken Gardens and includes an array of vendors selling soft drinks, burgers, and light snacks. Many residents opt to bring along a picnic basket to be enjoyed with their family and friends. The season kicks off in July and takes place every Thursday evening from 6 – 7:30 pm. Some highlights include The Silverados on August 4, a country rock band, and Abbey Road, a Beatles tribute band playing hits from the greatest pop group of the twentieth century. They will be appearing on August 18.

Summer should be spent being out and about; don’t spend the summer months cooped up indoors. Don’t miss out on the fun! Enjoy free music and socialize with your neighbors every Thursday after work at the Westminster Summer Concert Series.
