Best New Restaurants in Westminster

Visiting a new restaurants is like Christmas for adults. Or for adults who love to eat. At this blog we recommend dining out as often as possible (there are just so many amazing options in your city), but we understand that the same restaurants can get old. Luckily, Westminster has a two tasty new restaurants that opened within the last few months. The first is an Asian restaurant on Beach Blvd and the second is a buffet at the Westminster mall (who doesn’t love a good buffet?).

So put away the pots and pan and let someone else do all the work tonight. Both locations are earning excellent reviews on Yelp. If you do go out tonight, have fun and enjoy the meal.

How To Grill a Great Burger

Are you a novice on the grill, but want to BBQ a bit more this summer? Well there is no need to worry because it doesn’t take a food genius to learn how to make a great burger. Summer grilling is always fun and amazing; so here are a few tips for cooking the best burger around.

Get the correct meat: buy ground beef with an 80/20 lean to fat ratio. You need a little bit of fat to keep the patties juicy.

Cook on high: cooking on low to medium heat will only dry out your burgers. And no one wants to eat a dry burger. Instead flash cook with high heat to create a juicy experience.

Toast the bun: toasting the bun will stop the bread from falling apart and ruining your burger. Also serve the burgers immediately to keep them juicy and flavorful.
